The $99 price covers design and build of a single page. The following are not included unless your written project summary says so, and may cost extra, either from us as a separate quote or from the provider directly:

- Domain name registration or renewal
- Website hosting fees, if your host charges them
- Third-party services such as booking software, email inboxes or paid plugins
- Copywriting from scratch, photography or logo design
- Online stores, user accounts or custom back-end features

What do I get for $99?
One mobile-friendly page with up to five sections, such as intro, services, about, hours and contact. We place your text and photos, lightly edit your text for clarity, add tap-to-call, email and map links, set up the page title and social preview, make one round of revisions and help you publish it on your domain.
How do I order and pay?
Send an enquiry using the form on this page or by email. If the Starter package fits, we reply with a written summary of the scope and how to pay. There is no online checkout, and no work or payment starts until you agree to that summary.
What do I need to provide?
Your text, logo and photos, plus access to your domain if you already have one. If you have an existing website, we can lightly edit the text from it. Writing new copy from scratch is not included.
How long does it take?
Your first preview link is ready within 7 days of receiving all required content and access. After you send your combined list of changes, we make them and help you launch. Larger projects get their own timeline in the written quote.
How do revisions work?
After you review the preview, send all your changes together in one list. That is your one revision round. Further rounds, or changes that go beyond the agreed scope, are quoted before we do them.
Are there other costs?
Possibly. Domain registration, hosting fees and third-party services such as booking software are not included unless your written summary says so. We will point out any of these before you commit.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain and hosting accounts are in your name, and you receive the site files.
Can you add online booking?
The Starter package includes a link to a booking tool you already use. Embedding it on the page, or setting up a new tool, can be quoted separately. Bookings run through that provider, and any fees are theirs.
What if I need more pages or changes later?
Additional pages and later updates are quoted individually before any work starts. We will not lock you into a maintenance contract.
